Company officials have repeatedly declined to share those figures. The $60 million figure includes the cost of the site’s 20-year lease, but not buildout or installation. It joins previous Meow Wolf installations in Santa Fe and Las Vegas that have hinted at Denver’s surreal environments and sculptures, ranging from psychedelic mini-cathedrals to “lush alien habitats,” according to company officials.
